1.) I am a vending operator, where can I buy SandenVendo equipment?
SandenVendo does NOT sell equipment directly to vending operators. SandenVendo has a network of authorized distributors across the USA and Canada that sell our equipment.

2.) Can I buy parts for my equipment direct from SandenVendo?
Yes, if you are an existing customer with billing approval or have a valid Mastercard or Visa credit card. SandenVendo requires a minimum of $50.00 in order to place your parts order. If your order total is less than $50.00, you should contact your local SandenVendo Equipment Distributor to obtain the parts you need.

3.) Can I place a Will-Call parts order if I live in the Dallas, TX area?
Yes, it is possible to place a Will-Call parts order (via phone or email) and pick up the parts from our Dallas warehouse. You MUST place a parts order with our Customer Service Department before arriving at our warehouse. We DO NOT sell parts to walk-ins without a parts order confirmation from our Customer Service Dept.

To place a parts order with our Customer Service Dept., please call SandenVendo America's toll free number at 800-344-7216 from 7:00am - 4pm CST or visit the Contact Us page for contact information for your area's Customer Service Representative. Your parts order must meet our $50.00 minimum and you must use a valid Mastercard or Visa credit card to pay for your order. If your order total is less than $50.00, you should contact your local SandenVendo Equipment Distributor to obtain the parts you need.

5.) I have lost the keys to my machine. Can I purchase replacement keys from SandenVendo?
No, unfortunately you cannot purchase replacement keys for your machine. Each key can be set to a different, unique code by the owner so there is no way to tell what code your original key was set to. You can have the current lock removed (drilled out) and purchase a new lock system with keys. To purchase a new lock system, please contact your local SVA Distributor.

6.) I have a vintage Vendo vending machine and I would like to know... A) What year was it made? B) How much is it worth and where can I buy parts for it?
A) SandenVendo America, Inc. in Dallas, TX only manufactures vending machines for use in today's marketplace. SandenVendo sells parts for 10 years after the last production date of any modern vending machine model.

B) The two companies listed below specialize in vintage vending machine equipment. They will be able to assist you in dating, appraising, and finding replacement parts for your machine.

There are several ways to reach a Technical Service Representative. You can call our toll-free number at 800-344-7216 and ask to speak to the next available Technical Service Representative, visit the Contact page on our website, or you can use the "Locate A Representative" search boxes in the top right corner of our website.

10.) How do I request technical information (Parts/Service Lists, Operation Manuals, Brochures, or other literature)?
Operation Manuals and Brochures are available to download on each product page. You can also look under the Support menu to find more detailed information about your desired product. To request a manual or brochure be mailed to you, visit the Contact page and fill out the Contact Form or call your area's Customer Service Representative.

11.) What is ENERGY STAR?
ENERGY STAR is a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping us all save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices.

Earning the ENERGY STAR means products meet strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the US Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy.
